Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW & LATE POLICY As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients by e-mail and/or text. Please be courteous and contact us promptly, if you are unable to attend an appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice so that your appointment time can be reallocated to another client. Barring any unusual circumstances, Sybella reserves the right to charge a cancellation/no show fee of 25% of the total service cost. Deposits made on Cosmetic and Paramedical Tattooing sessions are non-refundable, with proper notice they will be held for your rescheduled booking. After-hour messages regarding cancellations may be left by calling/texting 403-874-6523. Cancellations may also be e-mailed to nodoubtyyc@gmail.com. Repeated missed appointments and non-compliance may result in discharging you as a client. Thank you for understanding!
